Autistic Support Teacher at South Eastern Middle School (grades 7-8)

Job Summary: The teacher provides individual, group, and classroom instruction in a manner that is consistent with accepted professional standards, is understandable to students and is in accordance with the required curriculum and/or applicable IEP. To provide each special needs student with programs that will enable them to reach their fullest physical, emotional, psychological and behavioral potential.

Qualifications: Valid PA Teaching certificate in Special Education N-12, Special Education PK-8, or Special Education 7-12

South Eastern School District ....providing progressive education to strengthen the global community. The South Eastern School District serves approximately 2,500 students in grades K-12 and is located in the southeastern portion of York County, bordering the Maryland line. The district covers over 105 square miles encompassing East Hopewell, Hopewell, Fawn, and Peach Bottom townships, and the boroughs of Cross Roads, Delta, Fawn Grove, and Stewartstown.
