Summary:
The Medical Receptionist II provides office support to service providers and performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience And Skills
• Speaks, reads and writes English
• Minimum one year in customer service or reception in a health care environment
• Working knowledge of insurance and pre-certification process, Medical Terminology required
