Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.
Schedule:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday Day-shift 7a-7p and Nights Sunday-Saturday 7p-7a - 8 month old female with gtube, trach and vent
- $500.00 sign-on bonus to be paid out after 90 days of employement
- Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less
- Days/Nights/Weekends
Role Overview:
We are seeking motived LVN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in San Antoinio, TX & Surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
Qualifications:
- Active LVN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
