SCM Associate

Responsibilities:

• Daily container shipment monitoring - inbound & outbound

• Daily inventory monitoring - data export and updates using SAP & Excel

• Weekly purchase order management by creating, revising, deleting, and sending information within the headquarters and other vendors.

• Weekly order management for two key accounts regarding truck schedule arrangement with both internal warehouse team and external logistic vendor.

• Invoicing for trucking, custom, custom clearance, and consignment order.

• SCM Master Registration -Data entry & Data update for new material code

• Other duties as assigned.

• S&OP and demand forecasting

• Supply Chain Process Innovation

• Supply Chain Cost Improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Computer and MS Office skills

• Excel skills (Pivot table, V-Lookup,..)

• Time management

• Intermediate communication skills

• Bilingual: both Korean and English preferred
