Responsibilities
Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.
Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs.
Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services.
Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
Current RN license
BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent ER RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
