Establishes the SAPGUI configuration and works with the Support Services to implement & install.

Configures, installs and administers the SAP archive consistent with the requirements outlined by the data archiving team.

Installs SAP upgrades. Emphasis on maintaining SAP capabilities such that the upgrade is transparent to external users, with minimal impact to internal users. Works with ABAP, and Business Analyst to complete upgrades

Knowledge of ABAP and JAVA stack

Partner with third-party vendor products teams (i.e., SAP and partners) to resolve any issues.

Knowledge Management - Ability to do process documentation and quick reference guides

Stay abreast of technology trends and industry best practices and influence others to seek best-in-class solutions/technology to resolve business challenges.

Evaluates trend analysis to detect long term performance problems and prevent performance degradation.

Executes processes as defined by management including incident handling, change and problem management

Support many concurrent projects often managing conflicting timelines

Research issues, new technology, adhere to secure best practices.

Participating in rotating on call to cover off hours and weekend support/incidents.

Works cross functionally with other technology groups to support the SAP landscape.

Coordinates external access requirements in support of interfaces.

Documents procedures, logical, physical diagrams

Explores new initiatives on Solution manager offerings
