Reach Truck Operator with Large Picking Experience

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating reach trucks to handle, move, and organize goods within the warehouse. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will help the client maintain an organized and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate reach trucks to move and stack goods and materials within the warehouse.
  • Perform routine inspections of reach trucks and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Accurately pick orders as per customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid reach truck operator certification and/or experience operating reach trucks.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.


Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 Per Hour
