The ideal candidate has intermediate to advanced skills in Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, and Excel VBA Macros, as well as knowledge of financial and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new reports in Tableau, establishing connections to multiple data sources.

• Use SQL to connect and manage data from various databases.

• Re-platform reports from Business Objects to Tableau, ensuring accurate data migration.

• Maintain existing reports in both Business Objects (WEBI) and Tableau.

• Maintain and manage UDAs developed using Excel VBA macros and Tableau.

• Retire or re-platform existing UDAs to align with IT standards.

• Present reports and insights to a non-technical audience.

• Build new UDAs using Tableau and Excel VBA macros for quick solutions, with plans for future IT-based retirement.

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Tableau development (7+ years).

• Experience with Business Objects (WEBI) reports, including re-platforming to Tableau (3+ years).

• Proficiency in Excel VBA Macros (7+ years).

• Strong SQL skills and experience with various databases.

• Knowledge of ETL concepts.

• Financial and accounting knowledge.

• Strong presentation and design skills for report visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with any ETL tool, such as Informatica or DataStage.

• Experience with Snowflake (2+ years preferred).

• Certification in Tableau or Business Objects (BO).

• Experience in staff operations is a plus.

Certifications:

• Tableau or Business Objects certifications are beneficial.

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: Tableau Certified Consultant
