In addition to answering the multi-line phone system, the Client Ambassador greets clients when they arrive at our hospital; interacts with clients, technicians, and doctors during their visit; helps check clients in/out and process payments; and helps with filing of medical records and typical administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome clients and pets.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments/reservations & updating medical charts.
• Handle monetary transactions and process payments.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, stocking, scanning, and uploading.
• Assist kennel and boarding staff with walking/feeding dogs, cleaning kennels, check-in/check-out as needed
• Keeping a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year prior customer service experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Must be comfortable working around potentially anxious or aggressive animals.
