If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Home Health setting, this Portland, OR position might be what you are looking for
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Oregon Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS / CPR Certification
- Pay: $2,676.89/week - $2,759.68/week
- Location: Portland, OR
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Day
- Setting: Home Health
- Workplace: Onsite
