IT Specialist

We are in search of a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The primary focus of this role will be the smooth integration and efficient operation of AI technologies and Apple products operating systems as we transition from PCs and Microsoft programs to Apple products.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT issues as we transition to Apple products and operating systems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including servers/cloud, workstations, and peripherals.
- Implement and oversee AI solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the firm.
- Ensure proper configuration, updating, and security of all Apple products (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones).
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex IT issues.
- Train staff on the effective use of IT systems and software.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Apple products operating systems (macOS, iOS) and AI technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional are a plus.
