Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in intermediate care settings, managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
Perform advanced nursing interventions and procedures as needed to support patients' health and well-being.
Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies for a smooth transition to recovery.
Required Qualifications
Current RN license
BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent Intermediate Care experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
