KALOLOGIE MEDSPA AT HYATT REGENCY HUNTINGTON BEACH: Kalologie Medspa is now hiring Aesthetic Injectors and IV Infusion Nurses to work at our newest location at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa.
WHO WE ARE: Kalologie Medspas combine the latest in medical aesthetic treatments, rejuvenating skin care, and results-oriented body treatments to help clients look and feel their best. Kalologie is a premier provider of medical aesthetic treatments such as Neurotoxins, Fillers, IV Therapy, PRP, Microneedling, CoolSculpting, Laser Hair Removal, and IPL Photo Facials. We are rapidly growing - with locations in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.
WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals seeking excellent aesthetic Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP). This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without prior experience in cosmetic dermatology, or medspa setting will not be considered.
WHO YOU ARE: A passionate, dedicated, and skillful Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with an eye for aesthetics You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
- Conduct good faith examinations client consultations, and treatment plans
- Perform before and after photography
- Educate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offerings
- Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions
- Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:
- Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane)
- Up-to-date California licensure: RN, NP, or PA-C
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of aesthetic experience.
- Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
- Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
