General Partnership and Comp Structure: Salary starts around $300,000; Bonus is contingent upon the overall financial success of DMOS and surgeon productivity. Surgeons keep income above the base salary after overhead deductions. In addition, a partnership track surgeon receives 4 weeks of vacation (or CME time) in the first 12 months of employment, 8 weeks during the second 12 months, and 12 weeks each year after becoming a partner. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be fellowship trained or in training in their area of expertise (Total Joints, Trauma, etc.). Board certification, active Iowa state licensure (upon hire) and at least five years of direct patient care experience is required.
