Must have:
  • Minimum Education: M.D., D.O.
  • Training: Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved Emergency Medicine residency program.
  • Experience: Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency
  • Medicine Residency in the last 6 months

  1. Annual volume? CUMC- IP ED Visits: 7,607 and OP ED Visits: 28, 521; CUMC -UC- IP ED Visits: 75 and OP ED Visits: 23,956
  2. Single or double coverage? CUMC-UC single doc + APC; CUMC is 36h doc+ APC
  3. What is the schedule for app s? CUMC-BM 11a-11p; CUMC-UC: 11a-11p,(occasionally more)
  4. Does locum supervise app s? Yes, at NE sites charts are cosigned by Physicians
  5. Will you accept board certified Family & internal Medicine docs with ER experience? Not at CUMC, prefer not to if possible at other sites
