Required Certifications:WA license required. Please do not submit your candidate unless they have an active WA license.Current CHT or CCHT certification.AIDS/HIV certificate desired.Current CPR with BLS certification required with American Heart Association. Medical or technical background relating to patient care or renal environment required.WA license required. Please do not submit your candidate unless they have an active WA license.
