Position Highlights:
- Student Loan Repayment: This Registered Nurse (RN) position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.
- Career Growth: You have the opportunity to go beyond licensure and employment requirements and become nationally certified. Advancement opportunities as a Resource Nurse, and other Leadership roles.
- 43 bed unit consisting of Medical, Surgical, Vascular, Nephrology, and Urology patients. We also have an established Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program.

- Continuing educational opportunities that promote and support certifications (CCTN, BMTCN, and Medsurg-BC)

- Safe patients ratios: 1 nursing professional: 4-5 patients

Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of
Work Schedule
- Night Shift, every fourth wknd/hol; 72hrs/2wks
Pay
- The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $32.00 - $46.50 per hour
