- Providing timely resolution of support requests.
- Collaborating with team members and customers to propose and implement service improvements.
- Assisting with analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of solutions.
- Maintaining and sharing knowledge of policies and procedures for hardware, software, and technical services.
Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with an SCI designator (TS/SCI).
- 5 years' Linux administration experience supporting enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Linux OS (RHEL 7+/CentOS 7+/Ubuntu 18.04+) and scripting skills (BASH or Python).
- Strong understanding of fundamental network protocols and experience with OS patching and patching tools.
- Willingness to work after-hours on occasion.
