Job Responsibilities:
• Perform various ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, small parts, retroperitoneal, carotid duplex, and venous scans
• Assist in minor surgical/invasive procedures such as cyst aspiration, thoracentesis, amniocentesis, and biopsies
• Select appropriate technical factors and position patients for optimal imaging results
• Educate patients about examination procedures and expectations
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to safety protocols and universal precautions

Job Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program
• ARDMS registration preferred; registry-eligible candidates will be considered
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics and instrumentation
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with patient positioning
