The duties of this position include:

  • Scheduling shift coverage
  • Conducting admission, annual, and condition change assessments
  • Preparing for and assisting with weekly physician rounds
  • Updating and maintaining doctor book
  • Creating and updating care plans as needed
  • Sending physician orders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in assisted living
  • Current LPN licensure
  • Flexible schedule
  • Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities
