Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled assembler with previous mechanical assembly experience. The ideal candidate should be able to read schematics and blueprints, follow build documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and use hand and power tools. Some electrical work will also be required. Responsibilities Read and comprehend technical build instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing process documents. Prepare and assemble metal parts, including layout, fabrication, trimming, deburring, priming, and riveting. Install electrical and computer systems, including accurately preparing and terminating wires, routing and installing prefabricated wire bundles through structures, and troubleshooting electrical faults. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify inefficient shop processes and utilize LEAN principles to improve the manufacturing and assembly processes. Continually assess your work and that of others on the team for quality assurance. Perform other duties as required. Essential Skills Mechanical assembly experience Ability to read schematics and blueprints Proficiency in using hand and power tools Experience in electrical work and wiring Knowledge of production and assembly processes Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electrical assembly Ability to follow build documents and SOPs Skill in troubleshooting electrical faults Familiarity with LEAN principles Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
