Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines. Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports. Support stakeholder engagement activities by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining communication with community stakeholders. Maintain and manage project databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Ensure all administrative activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards. Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be between the state or federal minimum wage requirements - $25/hr.
