Primary Skills: Accounting-Expert, FP&A-Expert, ERP Systems-Proficient, Forecasting-Advanced, BI Tools-Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months with Possible Extension Location: #LI-Remote Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to support our finance functions, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), to optimize our organization's financial performance. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to identify opportunities, develop financial models, and drive process improvements, ensuring informed, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Support accounting functions including variances, month/quarter-end close processes, and business insights. Serve as a business partner to Sales/Sales Ops, R&D, or Product Development, offering actionable financial forecasts and analysis. Create reliable financial forecasts, engaging in complex financial analysis and model development. Contribute to the data analysis for business reviews, and the development of financial materials. Lead process improvements and the creation of new reports with BI tools. Must-Have Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven expertise in Excel, accounting ERP systems (Oracle & Netsuite a plus), and BI tools. Excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills, with a capacity to work independently. Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Hardware and Software Industry, particularly in a high-growth environment, is preferred. Familiarity with SaaS business models and significant business partnering experience are highly valued.
