The ideal candidate will support the sales team in driving revenue growth while also executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement in the local market. This role will manage various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing (Emfluence), Saile (AI) Bots, and website integration, while also assisting with sales support tasks such as lead generation and marketing drops.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation efforts, including preparing materials for prospecting, marketing drops, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage sales and marketing collateral to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage sales data, and support sales reporting processes.

Marketing Execution:

  • Manage and execute social media marketing for the Kansas City market, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement tracking across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Emfluence to reach prospects and clients, track performance metrics, and report on results.
  • Utilize Saile (AI) Bots to support AI-driven marketing and prospecting efforts, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of AI outreach.
  • Plan and implement Marketing Drops, including coordination with vendors, materials preparation, and scheduling.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Website & Content:

  • Assist in updating and integrating marketing efforts with the company website, ensuring content is aligned with current campaigns and objectives.
  • Support the creation of marketing content, including photography, to be used across digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to manage updates and improvements to the website as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including key metrics from social media, email campaigns, and website traffic.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors and partners for promotional items, marketing materials, and campaign-related needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, marketing best practices, and innovative sales tools to suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support and/or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as social media management platforms, email marketing software (Emfluence preferred), and website CMS.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic photography skills and experience in content creation for social media or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with AI-driven tools like Saile Bots is a plus.
