The Inventory Control Coordinator I is responsible, under supervision, to develop proficiency in gathering and facilitating shipment of parts requests, receipt of deliveries, inventory control, and maintenance of nonconformance area.

Skills and Abilities

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 0-3 years' experience in purchasing and inventory control related work
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Duties

Manage all shipping and receiving, securing inventory items in proper locations, load and unload trucks

Fill out receiving logs to DWS quality management standards

Fill part requests from the field and organize transportation of these items

Ensure shop is clean and organized

Ensure storage of critical SRP meets OEM standards

Work with Quality Manager to execute requirements of nonconformance procedures

Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Direct Reports: None
Work Schedule: Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of industry - hours may be long and irregular
