Night Auditor - Hazleton, PA 18202

We are currently looking to fill a position of a full time night auditor. The team member should enjoy working independently and provide an exceptional guest experience, this position is an 11pm-7am shift.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to: Ensure that all aspects of hotel accounting are processed correctly and accurately recorded. Run the night audit after ensuring all revenue is in balance. Learn and utilize the property management system (PMS) Complete all necessary Excel spreadsheets. Perform manager on duty functions. Complete a daily check-list. Assist in the set-up of the breakfast food and beverages. Perform customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. Answer incoming calls with the approved phone greetings to assist guests. Make reservations, check in and check out guests. Maintain front desk supplies, guest amenities and items in The Market as needed. Perform any other functions as needed by General Manager.

Skills and abilities:

Basic knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skill. An outgoing personality. The ability to work unsupervised while still remaining productive at all times. Willingness and ability to work an overnight shift. Maintaining the utmost professionalism at all times, even in difficult situations.

Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.50 per hour
