HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. ● Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts. ● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. ● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns. ● Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ● Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
