Description

  1. Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives in alignment with business goals. Lead the implementation and support of IT programs across multiple departments.
  2. Information Security: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive information security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard the firm's data assets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. Act as a subject matter expert in resolving complex technical issues.
  4. Network Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain robust computer networks, including LAN and wireless connections. Ensure network security and optimize performance.
  5. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party vendors and external resources to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance the firm's operational efficiency and security posture.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve monitoring, detect issues, and deliver enhanced value to the firm through innovative IT solutions.
  7. Communication and Leadership: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex IT concepts in a clear and concise manner. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  8. Be on-call for the Managing Partner's time-sensitive inquires and provide timely resolutions to technical issues


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 7-10 years' experience in IT, technology, engineering, and/or related
  • 3+ years' leadership experience supervising teams and providing hands-on development
  • Proficient in desktop support, encompassing hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Familiar with computer networking concepts and protocols
  • Strong knowledge of both Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Experienced in collaborative team environments
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Demonstrates exceptional analytical, conceptual-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of simplifying complex concepts into digestible language
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Skilled in creating detailed reports, delivering presentations, and influencing stakeholders
  • Exhibits excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Empowered to exercise independent judgment and take decisive action
  • Highly self-motivated, with a sharp focus on detail and efficiency
