Your Role as a Direct Care Assistant

As a Direct Care Assistant, you'll provide hands-on support to clients, helping them with daily living activities and enhancing their overall well-being. Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:
  • Personal Care Assistance: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and health.
  • Home Maintenance: Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a safe and welcoming home environment.
  • Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides for appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and participating in activities that enrich clients' lives.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who are ready to make a difference in Martinsburg. Key qualifications include:

Compensation: $12.75 - $17.00 per hour
