Opportunity

Kohler Brownwood is currently looking for hard-working, dependable people to fill the position of Drill and Grind in our Plastics division. The 3rd Shift Monday- Friday 5pm-5am. The position is responsible for trimming, grinding, drilling and routing all edges and holes on plastic products.

Qualifications for the position includes:

Knowledge of drill and grind equipment.

Knowledge of plastics materials and methods.

Requires ability to process a designated number of units.

Requires exposure to chemicals, heat and dust.

Requires heavy, repetitive lifting.

Must be able to work scheduled overtime.

Must be able to differentiate between shades of colors.

Possibility of reduced work hours.
