A Typical Day:

  • Partner with the Community and Regional Manager on property maintenance plans and initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership, direction, and training while you empower the service team to perform at the highest level.
  • Prioritized work orders and delegated assignments to assure all service orders requests are successfully completed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Lead by example and troubleshoot/complete service requests as needed.
  • Ensure the service team adheres to budgets, provided the highest level of service, and provides the highest level of resident relations and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
  • EPA I and EPA II are required. CPO certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Ability push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., move objects from one floor to another
  • Maintain a professional appearance and be courteous & helpful to residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. and be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Valid Driver's License.
