Job Description: LeadData Analyst/Masking Specialist: Configureand implement dynamic data masking policies to ensure sensitive data ismasked for authorized users based on their access needs. Definerules to determine which data fields require masking (e.g., SocialSecurity Numbers, credit card numbers, etc.). Selectappropriate masking techniques (e.g., partial masking, redaction,tokenization) for different data types. Monitorand maintain data masking policies to ensure they remain effective. Collaboratewith security teams and application developers to integrate data maskingfunctionality seamlessly. Troubleshootany issues related to data masking and ensure data access remains smoothfor authorized users. Stayup-to-date on the latest data security regulations and best practices fordata masking. Familiaritywith database management systems and SQL queries.
