Job Description for the Dispatcher with 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric: Properly dispatch multiple technicians Determine the technician skill set Scheduling Basic data entry Daily Performance Reporting Exceptional communication with customers, technicians, and management Experience for the Dispatcher: Previous experience multi-tasking between multiple projects Working independently Computer experience is a plus General understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Internet Requirements for the Dispatcher: Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Manage multiple jobs at one time Ability to communicate and understand customer concerns Continuous communication with technicians and management Punctuality Prior dispatching preferred Benefits for the Dispatcher: A+ Team Environment Paid Holidays PTO Days Paid Training and Education Company Events Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (Covers 73% of Health Benefits) Retirement Plan with 4% Company Matching
