We are seeking a highly skilled Building Management System Architect to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on the design and implementation of building management systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and implementing building management systems, including configuration of primary and secondary virtual servers, migration of BMS controllers from local administration to the enterprise virtual environment, and commissioning of the virtualized system.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement building management systems.

  • Configure primary and secondary virtual servers.

  • Work with local service providers to migrate BMS controllers from local administration to the enterprise virtual environment.

  • Configure network and user access.

  • Commission the virtualized system and perform turnover to the operations team.

  • Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.

  • Troubleshoot system alerts and initiate service tickets.

  • Develop playbooks to document daily functions and troubleshooting process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.

  • Associates degree with 8+ years of experience.

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
