IT Analyst - Factory Planner
Location: Remote

Factory Planner - Resource Augmentation Assignment
  • Assigned to work on Factory Planner deployments
  • Configure Factory Planner settings for use at manufacturing plant
  • Prepare/cleanse data for Factory Planner deployments
  • Create and follow up on support tickets as needed
  • Schedule meetings with users
  • Keep team and management informed
  • Create job aids for users
  • Train and coach users how to use Factory Planner
  • As required, test functionality in test models to understand how capabilities and settings will work
Skills needed
  • i2 Factory Planner - (Advance. Would like to see 3 years experience.)
  • Excel - (Advanced) Pivot tables, vlookups - very well versed
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - (Intermediate)
  • Microsoft Outlook and Teams - (Intermediate)
