Responsibilities

The Director, IT Security leads and manages all aspects of our Information Security and Compliance program. This role owns existing policies and tools, oversees strategic approach to IT Security, develops strategic approach to safeguarding Atria data, systems, and community assets from cyber threats.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT security strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the ongoing risk assessments, annual audits, and remediation of security threats.
  • Supervise the establishment and enforcement of security controls, technologies and protocols for data and systems to safeguard Atria company assets.
  • Lead incident response activities in partnership with legal department and proactive projects to remedy risks.
  • Oversee all security operations center activities.
  • Manage the security administration standards for the company.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen the organization's risk posture.
  • Develop, present, and implement security best practices, technical concepts, and technologies for innovative computing solutions.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Five (5) or more years' experience with IT Security, Systems administration, and technical knowledge of security standards.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of NIST standards, SOC process, and auditing best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
