Specific responsibilities include: Lease and pre-lease units Tours of property in all weather Assist current residents with leases, maintenance, or questions Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows, etc. Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals Emails, phone calls, and keeping detailed track of information. What You Bring: High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of leasing experience Affordable Housing Experience Excellent customer service skills, technologically proficient, and Self-Starter. Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite Valid Driver's License Customer service experience preferred. LIHTC experience preferred Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 8 am - 5 pm.
