Position Details:

Compensation: $ 28.00/hour
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Support entire PC lifecycle including inventory, installation, deployment, break-fix (HW and SW), asset return and end of life management
• Provide 2nd Level dispatched and escalated support with walk-up support (in-person)
• Provide remote support via MSRA, Teams, RDP, and other approved tools
• Provide feedback and help maintain knowledge base content
• Manage support tickets to resolution, including collaboration with other teams
• Provide user support for mobile devices including Android and iOS
• Provide support for non-user PCs such as conference rooms, kiosks, as well as manufacturing critical workstations
• Provide training and education for business users
• Be a customer ambassador - ensuring customers' needs are heard, addressed, and resolved to satisfaction
Qualifications:
This position is for a User Computing Support Specialist.
QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications
• Two years' experience in customer service
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong internal and external customer acumen, working with each customer at the highest levels of ethics and integrity
• Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of users, co-workers, management, and c-suite executives
• Experience in remote troubleshooting and repair
• Working proficiency of Windows 10 Enterprise environment
• Working proficiency of Office 365
The following skill sets are preferred:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years' experience in customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Modern Device Management (Intune, SCCM, & AutoPilot)
• Experience with PC Imaging processes, preferably in SCCM, AutoPilot
• Working experience with scripting in Powershell, WMIC, CMD
• A+ Certification
• Dell certified technician"
