Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Automation Technology Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Automation Technology Architect - Manager

Location: Hybrid - Beaverton, Oregon

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation SAP Automation and Automation Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automation Engineering and Data Analysis. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive automation initiatives and contribute to the company's technological advancements. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation tools.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of SAP Automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide expertise in Automation Architecture to ensure scalable and robust automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough Data Analysis to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation engineering.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation systems to identify areas for optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on automation-related tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of automation solutions.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of automation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation SAP Automation and Automation Architecture.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Automation Engineering and Data Analysis.
  • Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing automation solutions using industry-standard tools.
  • Showcase the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing automation opportunities.
