Responsibilities:
  • Operate within a dynamic team to deliver a premium physical therapy experience.
  • Conduct initial assessments, develop and deliver personalized treatment plans
  • Communicate to patients the value of a 1-on-1 care model with conviction and confidence.
  • Excel at achieving high levels of patient retention and patient success.
  • Manage the patient experience while delivering skilled manual & therapeutic interventions ensuring results.
  • Deliver WOW service to ensure patients leave reviews, testimonials, refer and rave to their MDs.
  • Develop enduring relationships that lead to patient reactivation and word of mouth referrals
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Physical Therapy License in FL Required
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills ie Empathy and Communication
  • Confidence in manual therapy skills and treating post op patients
  • Experience in an Outpatient Orthopedic Setting Preferred
  • Experience providing services in a Mobile Outpatient or Home Health Setting is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated and independent: As a mobile outpatient physical therapist, the ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation: Since this is a mobile position, candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to travel to a patient's home or work location.
