Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a patient in Enfield, New Hampshire. The nurse (LPN/ RN) will provide one-on-one care to a young patient in his home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care. This patient is a young boy who has a G-Tube and Vegan diet of pureed foods. He also is prone to seizures. He has several pieces of equipment that he uses to move around. He is a smart boy who attends school 3 days a week. Though he has visual impairments this does not stop him from being active

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
  • Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician and case manager as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements 

  • Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
  • One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
  • Reliable transportation
