ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND DAILY TASKS

  • Part of milling team; tailing of lumber off machine centers, cleaning, wrapping product, banding.
  • Inspects finished products for quality.
  • Understands and observes all safety policies and procedures.
  • Interprets job orders assigned.
  • Coordinates with forklift operators, saw operators, and production management.
  • Performs other duties as required by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.
  • 90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject weather, noise, and dust.
  • Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.
  • Able to use a tape measure for accuracy.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
