Physician - Primary Care

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Conduct detailed physical examinations and review patients' medical histories to formulate effective treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, managing referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Illinois.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care and effective communication.
