Visium Resources is seeking a reliable and dedicated Help Desk Support Analyst. This person will collaborate closely with our client's Managed Services Team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role focused on assisting employees with technical issues and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both technical and nontechnical communication, offering clear and simple explanations to ensure employees understand the solutions provided. No assistance needed from 3rd party companies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide help desk support and assist employees with technical issues related to office software and systems (iManage, Adobe, Outlook, Printers, ShareFile, Citrix virtual desktop).
- Function as a liaison for our client's Managed Services Team, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
- Review and respond to help desk tickets, including after-hours support through the email system.
- Help employees navigate and use the iManage document management system and other office tools.
- Communicate technical instructions in simple, understandable language to non-technical staff.
- Host office hours to answer employee questions and provide support with new software or tools.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, as necessary.
- Remain calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtual, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable with basic office technology such as iManage, Adobe, Outlook, printers, and Citrix virtual desktops.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and software.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- No regular travel required.
- Must be available for in-office support during office hours.
