[Department:]{.underline} Production [Supervised by:]{.underline} Shift Supervisor [Status:]{.underline} Hourly, non-exempt [Shifts:]{.underline} Day (6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and Night (6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.) [Shift Type:]{.underline} 2-2-3 Schedule [Pay Range:]{.underline} $15.50 per hour plus $0.75 per hour for night shift Merit & Performance Based Pay [Benefits:]{.underline} Offered 1^st^ of the month following 30 days of hire. 401(k) matched up to 6% dollar for dollar (Roth IRA now offered) Referral Bonus Incentives: Potential for $1,000 bonus for referring new employees Monthly Bonus for all employees based on achieving KPIs (Up to $2,000 annually in bonuses) Child Care Benefit Tuition Reimbursement Main Purpose of the Job: Accurate packaging of produced bottles by following all packaging procedures [Responsibilities: ]{.underline} Set up and operate multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to: Carton erectors Partition inserters Product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) Foil dispensers Top closers Palletization equipment [ Manual responsibilities include:]{.underline} Building and making boxes Hand packaging of bottles Visual quality checks Perform changeovers of divers packaging equipment (e.g., case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, etc.) Applies correct labels Housekeeping The position description is not all inclusive and employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned [ Performance Measures:]{.underline} Accurately following all labeling procedures Quality checks [ Requirements:]{.underline} High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Capable of lifting 25 lbs. and standing for a minimum of 12 hours Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area [ Physical Demands: ]{.underline} The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
