Summary:
Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining building, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as grounds keeping and repair services.
Responsibilities:
-Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made

- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
- Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
- Secures building and occupants by maintenance of fire alarm protection
- Maintains accurate and timely processing of all electrical safety checks, preventive and corrective work orders, contracts and other applicable documentation
- Paints interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, fixtures and signs as needed
- Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot
- Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes
- Maintains facilities plumbing including fixtures and sprinklers
- Hauls files and boxes, moves furniture, sets up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio visual equipment following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines, and repairs and installs replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when needed
- Identifies and corrects hazardous working conditions
- Performs all other duties as assigned
