SQA Engineer

Description:

Execution of test orders for highly scalable enterprise applications based on a multi-tier architecture

• Derivation of test cases from functional and non-functional requirements

• Defining the test objectives and criteria of the test ends

• Development of software test cases and automated test sequences

• Creation of test schedules

• Support in the implementation of system integration in test systems

• Carrying out software testing and customer acceptance tests

• Analysis and documentation of test results and creation of test reports

• Independent and team-oriented project work

• Close and cross-location cooperation with other testers and software developers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid IT knowledge based on a university degree or comparable professional training

• Knowledge of agile project management methods, e.g. Scrum

• Practical experience as a tester in an agile project team

• ISTQB Foundation and experience in the area of load and performance testing is an advantage

• Knowledge of Java and web technologies, as well as Windows and Linux systems

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

• Experience with SAP is a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Office
