We are seeking a highly attentive and dedicated LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA to join our Family Practice team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of patient care and documentation. Your primary duties will include patient assessments, assisting with procedures, and supporting our physicians and healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include performing patient assessments and assisting with minor procedures, administering medications and vaccines, and maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is precise and thorough. You will also educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care, and offer compassionate support to patients and their families.

The position schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Tuesday and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. There will be occasional requirements to travel to an alternate location in Quincy, IL (Quincy University).

Qualifications

Qualifications for this role include having a current LPN license in Illinois. Medical Assistants do not need to be certified, but it is preferred. Previous experience in a family practice or primary care setting is preferred. Candidates should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
