This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Facilitate ink material charges for all orders, verify accuracy, and make corrections if necessary;
• Help to facilitate color drawdowns for customers;
• Maintain ink library;
• Create ink formulation for manufacturing to facilitate / manage customer color requirements;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including listening, negotiating, problem solving, and exchanging information;
• Create, enrich, and sustain strong working relationships.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to match colors accurately;
• Must have the ability to perceive or recognize minute similarities or differences in colors, hues and shades of the same color;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ink dispensing systems);
• Strong knowledge of products and manufacturing processes.

Salary Description

$19.25 - $31.28 / hour
