Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

The Patient Service Representative plays a crucial role in overseeing and verifying the financial processes associated with patient services provided in the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage patient flow in the clinic

  • Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, answering questions, providing information about procedures and services

  • Maintain and update patient records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a medical office practice.

  • Proficiency in English and computer appointment scheduling skills.

  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology.

Shift: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
